Processing Time Â
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Â
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays Â
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information Â
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Â
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Issues Â
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you.
