Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for replacement.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
